The Scenario Registry page shows all the task details of the imported project in a table format along with the simulation values. The user can edit all the details except Task Id, Task Name, Start Date, End Date and Duration. Modification of the details can only be done by the users who have Read/ Write access to the Advanced – Scenario Registry page.

All the custom fields added in the custom field section can be viewed and edited in this page.

2.7.1 Export to Excel

This functionality is used for exporting Scenario Registry to an Excel file. (Figure 1)

2.7.2 Import from XLS

This functionality is used to import Scenario Register from a .XLS file.

Steps:

1. Simulations –>Advanced
2. Click on the IMPORT FROM XLS (Figure 1)
3. A pop up appears, browse the file to be imported and upload. (Figure 2)
4. Map the corresponding values in the excel file and click on the IMPORT VALUES button. (Figure 3)

2.7.3 Filter Data:

This functionality is used to filter the data according to a particular field and its selected values for task.

Steps:

1. Simulations –>Advanced
2. Select the required column from the Filter by (Figure 1) 
3. Enter the value in the textbox provided or select a value from the drop down based on which filtering is to be done. (Figure 4) While giving conditions with `select multiple´ option to filter, a pop up appears (Figure 5) where the multiple risks can be selected.

        4.Click the filter icon (Figure 4). The filtered data will be displayed.
