The Oracle | Primavera Risk (Pertmaster) help menu will take users to tutorials and the help file similar to Microsoft Office products.  There are also options for support logging of software bugs and crashes.

Window Menu Item: Contents…, Tutorials…

The Primavera Risk help menus and tutorials are well written.  The contents option will open a searchable interface which will help guide users to find detailed information on most button clicks.  The tutorials are more process-driven walkthroughs and can be a great place to tie together the button clicks with the risk analysis process.

Window Menu Item: Support Logging >

The support logging functionality allows recordings to be taken during product use in order to help the Oracle support department find bugs and errors with the software.  This function will not be used by all users and the Oracle support team will walk users through the process if a error log file is needed.

Window Menu Item: Support Files >

The support files section allows Pertmaster users to quickly find the installation folder for Primavera Risk, the application data folder, the temporary folders, and the pertmaster.ini file which contains the software options.  The pertmaster.ini file can be edited to change the options when Pertmaster loads.

Window Menu Item: About…

The about menu will give the Oracle | Primavera Risk version number and other license information.  If you are looking to retire early, then you can double-click on the software icon to get randomized lottery numbers!
