The Business Unit Score Settings page allows you to create score setting templates that can be applied to business units. (Figure 1) User can create different score templates for each business unit selected. The Business Unit Score Settings page in the PRC Schedule Checker can be viewed only by those users who have either Read/Write or View access. Users with only Read/Write access can create new score setting templates, edit templates, and delete score templates.

Create Score Settings:
This functionality is used to create a new score template for the selected business unit.The Business Unit Score Settings Name is a required field to save the template.
Steps:
- Business Unit —> Score Settings
- Select a business unit from the dropdown. (Figure 1)
- Click the CREATE SCORE SETTINGS button. (Figure 1)
- Enter the score template name and select the number of groups for the grading scale as required. Click the SAVE SCORE button. (Figure 2)

Edit Score Settings:
This functionality is to modify the selected business unit score template. While clicking the EDIT button, Business Unit Score Settings Name, the fields under Grading Scale section such as Number of Groups, Lower Value, Upper Value, Color picker, and the fields under Score definitions section such as Maximum percentage of Score, Percentage deducted per unit will be unlocked.
Steps:
- Business Unit —> Score Settings
- Select a business unit from the Select Business Unit dropdown. (Figure 1)
- Select the required score template name from the dropdown. (Figure 3)
- Click the EDIT button. (Figure 3) Input the changes and click SAVE SCORE button. (Figure 4)

The color for each grade under the grading scale is set by clicking on the color picker corresponding to each field. An example of the color picker is displayed in Figure 5.

Delete Score:
This functionality is used to delete the selected business score template.
Steps:
- Business Unit —> Score Settings
- Select a business unit from the Select Business Unit dropdown. (Figure 1)
- Select the required score template name from the dropdown. (Figure 3)
- Click DELETE SCORE button to delete the selected template. (Figure 3)
- Click OK in the pop up appears or click CANCEL. (Figure 6)
